Focus is the one thing that beats me. I do not know how to focus with one thing. I always end up being confused and not coming up with a result because I am not able to focus. I am a fickle-minded person and I think that that is my problem. I discovered that trait of mine when I stepped on college. I thought I could handle all the difficult subjects I had. I was wrong. I have been trying to reduce weight ever since college. However, things get so incontrollable that I cannot help but to eat once I finish working out.
