To begin with, it is important to set a target for weight loss. Thinking about losing 10kg in a week might not be a good idea. Drastic weight loss in a short period could prove to be detrimental to your health and well-being later.
So, set a target for weight loss, which is practical without affecting your health or well-being in any way. The wise thing to do would be to lose a few kilos gradually every week. It is best to take your weight management supplements and follow a proper program for losing weight. For example, consider exercising at least three times a week for effective weight loss.
Another important aspect is diet. Rather than increasing or maintaining the intake of foods, which are rich in carbohydrates or saturated fats, consider decreasing them gradually over time.
